Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Pierce Bush are coming to Hattiesburg in support of their newest book, "Love Comes First."

"Love Comes First" is a companion book to their 2017 release, "Sisters First: Stories from Our Wild and Wonderful Life." The twins also wrote "The Superpower Sisterhood," published in 2022.

"Love Comes First" is a story of two sisters who wish for a younger sibling after watching their friends’ families grow, according to the book's publisher, Little, Brown Books for Young Readers. Their wish comes true as a younger brother and a baby cousin are welcomed into the family, but the new family members aren’t exactly what the sisters expected.

Hager is a TV personality, journalist and author. She is a co-host of "Today with Hoda and Jenna" alongside Hoda Kotbe. Bush is an activist and co-founder of Global Health Corps, which "works with young leaders to solve the world’s most pressing global health issues," according to the GHC website.

This isn't Bush and Hager's first trip to Hattiesburg. The daughters of former President George W. Bush were keynote speakers in 2012 at Forrest Health's annual Spirit of Women spring event.

Their mother, former first lady Laura Bush, was keynote speaker at the 2011 Spirit of Women spring event. Grandmother Barbara Bush, also a former first lady, spoke at the Spirit of Women spring event in 2007.

The book is slated for release Nov. 7. The Bush sisters will be at the Saenger Theater two days later. The book, priced at $19.99, may be preordered through publisher Little, Brown Books for Young Readers.

Books-a-Million also will have copies of the book for sale at the Saenger Theater during the event.

Tickets, which start at $39.50, are available for purchase now at ticketmaster.com.
