NORWALK — These cats and dogs are available for adoption at the Huron County Humane Society.

This is sweet Izzy. She is a 3 1/2 years old black and white tabby. Izzy is a shy little girl, but becomes very affectionate and loves attention once she gets to know you. Izzy will warm your heart.

Porter is a 9 month old love bug. He is mainly white with some spots of gray. This guy can't get enough affection. Porter will be your best friend. His bags are packed and Porter's ready to make your house a home.

Freddy is at the shelter through no fault of his own. His roommate, a dog, didn't like him and now he's looking for a new forever home. Freddy is a 1 year old white and yellow tiger tabby and has lived with other cats and children. If you're looking for a kitty cat that loves to cuddle, Freddy's the one for you.

Charlotte is a beautiful gray, brown and black tiger kitty. She is 3 years old and has lived with other cats and a dog. Her previous owner has some health issues and can no longer take care of her. Charlotte loves to play and her favorite toy is the top off of a water bottle. Charlotte can be found gazing out the window most days, but her favorite pastime is sitting on a lap and getting brushed.

Gracie is a lightweight puppy dog, weighing in at 9 pounds. She is a very sweet 15 year old Chihuahua with plenty of life left to live. She sports a brown coat with a white muzzle, chest and socks. Her owner needed some extra help in life, so Gracie is looking for a home where she can give unconditional love to that special someone.

Mickey has the sweetest face with a little button nose. He is an 11 year old black and white Japanese Chin toy dog. His owner became ill, so Mickey must move on to another loving home. He has lived with another dog, however, he is leery of small children and toddlers. He would be best in a home with children no younger than 7 years old that know how to care for a small lap dog. Mickey is so smart and knows all of his commands like sit, come, and down. He is a pro on a leash and enjoys car rides.
