“Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star Teairra Marí says she didn’t lie about attending her grandfather’ funeral to avoid her court battle with 50 Cent, and brought his memorial program to court to prove her case.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Marí is asking a judge to shut down 50 Cent’s request to make her pay an additional $25,000 in their never-ending court battle.

Fofty asked the judge to award him the extra $25,000 on top of the $30,000 he already won against Marí, and arguing that she should be sanctioned for blowing off a court hearing and making light of the money owed.

Marí says the rapper has not shown any evidence to deserve he deserves the extra $25,000 in attorney fees. She denies blowing off the hearing to examine her finances for no reason.

The reality star is adamant she missed court to attend her grandfather’s funeral in Detroit and did not lie despite 50 alluding she did.

According to the funeral program, TJ “Doc” Murphy did indeed have a funeral service on April 20 at the Breaker’s Covenant Church in Detroit.

Mari accuses 50 of mocking her online and also makes a joke about the legal battle.

She is asking the judge to shut 50 down and allow her to show up to the rescheduled hearing later this month.
