Love Island fans brand last night's episode a fix over Jess and Siannise's dates
Last night's Winter Love Island provided all the talking points. As well as needing to know why Sophie Piper was absent from the challenge and living for the Siannise Fudge memes, viewers were left questioning whether bombshells Luke Mabbott and Luke Trotman's arrival was a bit set up.
ICYMI (what were you doing instead?!), last night saw two new arrivals join the villa in the shape of Luke M and Luke T. The existing female islanders hosted a drinks reception for the pair, and got to know the 24-year-old heating engineer and 22-year-old semi pro footballer a little better.
The existing male Islanders then came down from the balcony and welcomed the new boys by the firepit. As they got to know each other, texts arrived for Luke M and Luke T, revealing the public had been voting and chosen to send them on dates with Siannise and Jess Gale.
And while many viewers are desperate to see Siannise and Jess connect with their dates, others were criticising the lack of drama, and questioning whether the two single girls were actually the ones picked to go on the dates.
"The public definitely did not decide on Siannise what a fix #loveisland," one person wrote, while another added, "We voted for Shaughna and Leanne!"
A third said, "Public what kind of voting is that?! Why didn’t you send Luke T on a date with Leanne?! #LoveIsland," while another said, "Fixed. The new guys go on dates with the single girls...?"

In response to the criticism, ITV told Cosmopolitan UK:
"Siannise and Jess were voted by the public to go on dates with Luke T and Luke M. The show is not fake."
That's the end of that one, then.
Jess and Siannise's dates with Luke M and Luke T will unfold during tonight's episode, as well as the aftermath of ~that~ argument between Finley and Paige. Agh!
