This morning’s low temperatures were the coolest since April - a true taste of autumn that has lasted several days. Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says humidity remains low, allowing morning lows to fall below average.

We’ll have a mostly sunny sky throughout the day and temperatures only in the low 80s - below average.

Cool night time lows will continue into the end of the week, but afternoons will be gradually warmer. Thursday’s high is expected to be in the mid-80s, and upper 80s on Friday. But humidity will not be terribly high.

The weekend turns a bit cooler with Saturday highs in the mid-80s inland and near 80 at the beaches.

A brief shower may move in off the Atlantic on Sunday but otherwise it’s dry and nice with temperatures only near 80.
