Up first is the DeWalt 20V Max Impact Driver Kit, which comes with an impact driver, a 2.0-amp-hour battery, a charger, and a bag—all for $99, down from its usual price of $159. This one is similar to the one in our list of the best impact drivers, featuring a brushless motor that offers 1,700 inch-pounds of torque. It weighs only 5 pounds, making it easier to hold up high if you have to. And the variable speed trigger gives you precise control, ramping up the speed gradually the farther you pull it in.

Lowe’s is also offering 38 percent off the DeWalt 20V ½-inch Compact Drill-Driver Kit, which includes a drill-driver, a 2.0-amp-hour battery, a charger, and a bag. The drill features a brushless motor that cranks at 1,650 rpm, giving you plenty of power to handle tough jobs. DeWalt calls out that the tool head length is 6.4 inches, 2 inches shorter than the already compact DCD771 and good for fitting into tight spaces. It also features an LED, allowing you to illuminate what you’re drilling while underneath, say, a cabinet.
You can get both kits for just $198, with a total savings of $120. The 20-volt batteries you get with each will work with other power tools in DeWalt’s 20V system, which includes a reciprocating saw, circular saw, and orbital sander.
