LSU basketball score vs. Florida: Live updates from Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE — LSU basketball will look to score a victory and snap its two-game skid when it faces Florida at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Tuesday (6 p.m., SEC Network).

The Tigers (12-3, 1-2) began SEC play with a bang, defeating No. 16 Arkansas. But LSU hasn't won since, falling to Kentucky 74-71 in Lexington, and losing at Texas A&M on Saturday, 69-56.

LSU struggled to rebound or score points near the rim against the Aggies. The Tigers were outscored by 32 points in the paint and outrebounded 38-27. Star forward KJ Williams was limited to 10 points on six shot attempts and guard Trae Hannibal went 2-for-9 from the field.

LSU will need to turn that around against star big man Colin Castleton and the Gators' frontcourt. Florida (8-7, 1-2) is coming off a bounce-back victory over Georgia on Saturday, 82-75.
