LSU signee Mikaylah Williams to headline girls basketball LBCA All-Star game
Some of the top girls basketball college prospects in the state will conclude their high school careers March 18 when the 2023 Louisiana High School Basketball Coaches Association All-Star games are held at Louisiana Christian University in Pineville.
The girls game is slated to start at 1 p.m., followed by the boys at 3 p.m. Tickets are $25 for adults for both games. The athletes must be seniors to be selected for the contest.
LSU signee Mikaylah Williams of Parkway will lead the West team along with Lady Techsters signee Paris Guillory of St. Louis, South Alabama signee Chrysta Narcisse of Lafayette, UL Monroe signee Mikaylah Manley of Barbe and Louisiana Tech track signee Ariel Williams of Barbe.
Leading the East team will be UL Lafayette signee Jasmine Matthews of East St. John, and three Loyola of New Orleans signees in Caitlin Travis of Walker, Alissa O’Dell of Zachary and Libby Thompson of Ponchatoula.
Here’s a look at the East and West teams as they currently stand. Rosters are subject to change based on commitments.
