LSU's last destination trip tournament went smoothly, with wins over George Mason and UAB in the Bahamas.

The No. 11 Tigers (10-0) will try to follow that up with the same results in Hawaii this weekend, with the first of two games in the Maui Classic against Montana State on Saturday (10 p.m., PAC-12 online live stream) inside the South Maui Gymnasium. LSU will close the trip Sunday night against Oregon State, its first Power Five nonconference opponent this season.

In her second season in Baton Rouge, Kim Mulkey has guided the Tigers to their best start to a season in 16 seasons at 10-0.

Sophomore forward Angel Reese is making her mark on the program as well, becoming the second LSU player since the great Sylvia Fowles to record at least 10 consecutive double-doubles. Against Lamar on Wednesday, Reese scored a career-high 32 points to go with 15 rebounds in LSU's 88-42 victory.
