GREENVILLE, S.C. – LSU women's basketball will look for its first SEC Tournament win of the Kim Mulkey era against Georgia.

In the team's first appearance in the conference tournament under Mulkey last season, the Tigers, the No. 2 seed, were upset by No. 7 Kentucky in the quarterfinals. Mulkey said following the regular season finale win against Mississippi State that she and her team are aiming to not have a repeat of what happened in Nashville last season.

Georgia (21-10) gave the Tigers one of the tightest games of the season back in early February. LSU escaped in overtime, 82-77.
