LSU women's basketball score vs. Virginia Tech: Final Four live updates

DALLAS – They say everything is bigger in Texas.

For LSU women's basketball this weekend, that anecdote proves true. The Tigers (32-2) have made their way to the Women's Final Four, where they'll take on Virginia Tech (31-4) inside American Airlines Center on Friday (6 p.m. CT, ESPN).

This marks the sixth NCAA Tournament semifinal appearance for LSU, while Virginia Tech has made it for the first time in program history.

All eyes will be on All-American forwards Angel Reese from LSU and Elizabeth Kitley from the Hokies, who could guard each other during the showdown. Reese averages 23 points and 17 rebounds per games while Kitley posts a double-double as well, with 18 points and 11 rebounds.

The winner will face the winner of the South Carolina-Iowa game Sunday (2 p.m., ABC) for the national championship.
