LSU women's basketball score vs. Tennessee Lady Vols: Live updates from SEC Tournament

GREENVILLE, S.C. – It has been eight years since LSU women's basketball advanced to the semifinals of the SEC Tournament.

Kim Mulkey has led the 2-seed Tigers (28-1) there in her second season. And the 3-seed Tennessee Lady Vols (22-10) await them inside Bon Secours Wellness Arena on Saturday (5:30 p.m., ESPNU) with a spot in the championship game on the line.

Both teams had double byes and played their first games of the tournament Friday. LSU beat Georgia, 83-66, before Tennessee took care of Kentucky, 80-71.

LSU defeated the Lady Vols earlier this season in Baton Rouge in front of a sold-out crowd. A big crowd is expected to catch the semifinal showdown Saturday night.
