Lubbock is getting a new sporting goods store with the addition of Rally House later this year.

Rally House, a sporting goods store with 20 locations across Texas, announced their plans to hit Lubbock's Canyon West shopping center later this spring or summer. It will take over the former Lifeway location, 5017 Milwaukee Ave., Suite 100, and cover just over 9,600 sq. ft.

The store will offer "an immense selection of team gear and localized products, including all sorts of Texas Tech Red Raiders apparel and accessories," reads a news release from the company.

"Patrons will appreciate the outstanding inventory and top-tier customer service at Rally House Lubbock West End," the release stated. "However, it all starts with hiring dedicated associates and leadership to contribute to the success."
