Lufkin organization invites community to 10th annual Touch-A-Truck event

LUFKIN, Texas (KETK) – The Junior League of Lufkin is inviting the community to attend their 10th annual Touch-A-Truck event that will allow children to explore different types of vehicles on Saturday.

The event is scheduled to happen from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pitser Garrison Convention Center.

The Junior League of Lufkin said the no entry cost event is a community favorite and it “offers a unique opportunity for children.”

Some of the vehicles in attendance will include public service, emergency, construction, transportation and landscaping, the organization said.

Families will also have the opportunity to purchase $5 wristbands so children can access face painting, bounce houses and games.
