Luggage missing as Southwest travelers finally reach destinations
Some Southwest Airlines customers traveled hours to be reunited with their luggage after waiting days due to flight cancellations. Meanwhile, others told 11 News the airline has no idea where their bags are, so they came to Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport to demand answers. Southwest canceled thousands of flights in the days after Christmas due to last week's winter weather and a computer system that desperately needs updating.
