The committee claimed that it's an unidentified migrant who was dragged from the Lithuanian side of the border.

Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko in his meeting with the defence ministry officials on Monday (November 29), said that this is not the first body founded by Belarus border guards.

"Last night, they planted a body on our border, and tonight (our border guards) found a new one. Again, the same M.O. - put a dead or half-dead body in a sleeping bag and throw it on the border."

He accused E.U. of a "hybrid war" against Belarus.

Poland and other E.U. nations say the migrant crisis is part of a "hybrid war" Minsk is waging in retaliation for E.U. sanctions imposed in response to Lukashenko's crushing of protests against his disputed re-election last year and is designed to destabilize the bloc.
