Luke Bryan is playing at the Peoria Civic Center. Here's what concertgoers need to know

Country music star Luke Bryan will be playing in Peoria at the Civic Center Arena on Saturday, Oct. 15.
Bryan, who won the Academy of Country Music's first-ever album of the decade award for "Crash My Party," will be joined by fellow country musician Mitchell Tenpenny.
Peoria is the latest stop on Bryan's Raised Up Right tour. Here's what concertgoers need to know as they get ready for the event.
Restaurants near Peoria Civic Center
Looking for somewhere to hang out before the concert? There are lots of places to eat and drink within about a 10-minute walk of the Civic Center.
Some of the closest options include Kickback on Fulton, Honey Sugar's Café, Kenny's Westside Pub, Jack's on Adams and Table 19.
The Blue Duck Barbecue Tavern and Rhythm Kitchen are both located on Southwest Water Street. Blue Duck is ranked second on Tripadvisor's list of the best rated restaurants in Peoria. Thyme Kitchen and Craft Beer, located on Southwest Washington Street, sits at number two on Yelp's Peoria restaurant rankings.

Peoria Civic Center parking
The Peoria Civic Center has two parking lots adjacent to the facility. The Marquee lot is closest to the arena, and is located off of Kumpf Boulevard. The Fulton lot is on the corner of Fulton street and Monroe Street. Both parking lots are cashless and require a credit or debit card for all transactions.
The city's parking meters are enforced from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, meaning that concertgoers parking before the 7 p.m. show will be able to park on the street without fear of running out of time.
Hotels near Peoria Civic Center
Luke Bryan fans coming in from out of town have a number of options to choose from. There are four hotels in downtown Peoria within easy walking distance of the Civic Center: The Staybridge Suites on West Romeo B Garrett Avenue, the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette on Main Street, the Four Points by Sheraton on Hamilton Boulevard, and the Mark Twain Hotel on Northeast Adams Street. Slightly farther away and across the river in East Peoria is the Embassy Suites by Hilton.
