Luke Combs -- 2021 and 2022's reigning Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year -- has announced that his fourth studio album will be released on March 24, 2023.

His brief yet impactful announcement -- "New album. 18 songs. March 24" -- was made via social media on Wednesday evening.

In the past two months, Combs has leaked snippets of songs tentatively titled "Tattoo On A Sunburn" and "Growin Up And Gettin' Old" to his fanbase. However, there is no word as to whether either of these tracks will be included in the collection of 18.

As far as his 2022-released album "Growin Up," it is Grammy nominated for Best Country Album at February 5, 2023's Grammy Awards. Also, the album's Miranda Lambert duet "Outrunnin' Your Memory" is nominated for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. Plus, his steadfast ballad "Doin' This" is a Best Country Song nominee.

Alongside the new album, Combs will embark on a worldwide tour between March-October 2023.

April 15, 2023, will find that tour stopping at Nissan Stadium. It will be his first headlining stadium gig in Music City. 2022's CMA Female Artist of the Year Lainey Wilson will support, alongside Riley Green, Flatland Calvary and Brent Cobb.

Tour stops will also include Australia, Canada, France, Germany and Ireland, among 16 countries with confirmed shows.

Regarding what it takes to entertain multitudes, Combs told the Tennessean after his CMA Awards win that he believes that "having fun and having a great time" are his keys to success. "Going out and loving what [I do] is the answer. Whether that's for ten people, 10,000 people, or 100,000 people, it doesn't matter. Just going out there and having fun is the goal."

Combs added to The Tennessean in a June feature, "In Nashville, the fans are sometimes the last people that are thought of and that always bugged me. It's [like], 'How do we put you in a cool shirt and make you awesome?' You're focusing your energy on all the wrong stuff. And not that [this] stuff's not important. It is. But the first thing that should be important are the people [who] come to your shows. That's the focus. Those people's experience is over-the-top important to me. I wanted to show them that we really care."
