Luke Combs wants to kick off CMA Fest this year with a No. 1 party unlike any before — and you're invited.

The perennial hitmaker celebrates his eight consecutive chart-topping country radio hits June 8 with a one-night concert from the BMI parking lot in Nashville's Music Row neighborhood. The show comes a day before A-list country entertainers take up a four-night residency in downtown Nashville with the return of CMA Fest.

Tickets to see Combs at the performance rights Nashville organization headquarters start at $10 before fees and went on sale Tuesday when BMI announced the show. Event proceeds benefit the BMI Foundation, a nonprofit wing of the company.
