Lumbee Tribe releases polling places for Tribal elections

Sep. 26—The Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina has released the locations for voting in the Nov. 14 Tribal election. The following sites have been provided for tribal members to vote:

District 2: Deana Locklear Marcinsky and Graylen Mitchell Vote at the following places

Heritage Haven Apts., 2268 Marion Stage Road, Fairmont; Smyrna Fire Department, 2910 Wire Grass Road, Lumberton; Southern Spirit Community Center, 1872 Back Swamp Road, Lumberton.

District 3: Nathaniel Jacobs, Tammie Chavis Jump and Harold Smith

Vote at the following places

Lumberton National Guard Armory, 4502 Fayetteville Road, Lumberton; Soaring Eagle Community Building, 442 Norment Road, Lumberton, Barker Ten Mile Community Building, 4823 Barker Ten Mile Road, Lumberton

District 6: Larry Chavis, Richard C. Jones; OP Owens Agriculture Center, 455 Caton Road, Lumberton; Pembroke District Court, 707 Union Chapel Road, Building A, Pembroke

District 7: Pamela Graham Derensis and Rudy T. Locklear

Vote at the following places:

Pembroke Boys and Girls Club Gym, 120 Youth Dr., Pembroke; Union Elementary School, 2457 NC Highway 710 South, Rowland

District 12: Larry Soles, Shelley Strickland, Annie Chavis Taylor

Vote at the following places:

Queheel Fire Department, 108 E. Rockingham Road, Maxton; Lumbee Heritage Elders Court, 16220 Lumbee Heritage Lane, Laurinburg; Evans Crossroads Fire Department, 3440 Elrod Road, Maxton.
