WORCESTER — Music and food filled the city Common Oval under sunny skies Thursday, with the season's debut of the Out To Lunch Festival and Farmers Market.

The event, which includes live music, food and craft vendors, and a farmers market, is typically held weekly during the summer, but has been scaled back since COVID-19.

There are three shows scheduled this year, the first of which was held 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday with the bands East Coast Soul and Crocodile River Music sharing center stage.

The Out To Lunch Festival and Farmers Market is sponsored by the city and the Worcester Cultural Coalition.
