Lurking around vacant Corinth house lands man in jail

Feb. 3—CORINTH — An Alcorn County man is facing multiple drug charges after a midday call about a suspicious person hanging around a central Corinth house.

Corinth police responded to North Parkway around noon Jan. 30 after a caller reported a suspicious person lurking around a vacant residence. The responding officers recognized the suspect from previous encounters with the man.

While officers were talking to Joshua A. McGuire, 33, a radio check revealed an active arrest warrant.
