Luverne, JCC, Windom, Pipestone, Worthington students named All-Big South in baseball

Jun. 22—REGIONAL — The Big South Conference has announced its All Conference team honorees.

Among small schools, the All Conference team includes Soren Fering and Taylor Davis, Blue Earth Area; Logan Butzon, Ben Spaeth and Bryson Powers, Jackson County Central; Conner Connell, Zach DeBoer, Carter Sehr and Elliot Domagala, Luverne; Landon Quist and Merrick Heidebrink, Pipestone; Branden Lang, Redwood Valley; Jesus Moriel, Hunter Stevens and Alex Stresemann, St. James Area; and Henry Erickson, Drew Rothenberger and Chayton Struck, Windom.

Big South Conference small schools honorable mentions include: Nick Barke, Blue Earth Area; Brett Rossow and Cameron Scholten, Jackson County Central; Will Serie and Jacob Stroh, Luverne; Ethan Louwagie, Redwood Valley; Jack Westma, St. James Area; and Quintin Tietz and Brady Espenson, Windom.

The Big South Conference's All Conference team among big schools includes Nate Soelter, Landen Meyerdirk, Lincoln Becker, Brendan Scidtke and Levi Pooley, Fairmont; Tyler Maeyaert, Parker Scitt, Zach Leibfried and Lincoln Graven, Marshall; Ayden Jensen, Blaine Olson and Luke Suess, New Ulm; Kaeden Guida, Drew Simonette and Sam Moelter, St. Peter; Tyson Reger and Sebastion Teague, Waseca; and Triston Sauerbrei, Worthington.

Big South Conference big schools honorable mentions include Ben Moeller, Fairmont; Andrew Wallen and Jon Gruhot, Marshall; Ben Hohensee, New Ulm; Tate Olson and Matias Anderson, St. Peter; Oliver O'Brien and Kedrik Volkmann, Waseca; and Mathias Noble, Worthington.
