Luxury living in Erie: 9 homes for sale for more than $1 million

There are nine Erie County homes for sale for more than $1 million this fall, according to Zillow.com.

The high-end properties include lakefront, suburban and rural homes, and even a home with an events venue.

No. 9: 181 Gateway Drive, $1,095,000

The custom-built craftsman home has four bedrooms, four baths and upscale finishes throughout its 4,239 square feet.

It's steps from the neighborhood beach and trout fishing, in Fairview's Manchester Beach area.

And power outages are no problem. There's a whole-house generator.

No. 8: 4800 Tramarlac Lane, $1,200,000

There's a private bath for each of the four bedrooms in this Wolf Road area home in Millcreek, plus an additional full bath and two half-baths.

The 4,514-square-foot home has three fireplaces, including one in the den/office.

No. 7: 5906 Grubb Road, $1,200,000

There are two houses on this 6.8-acre property in Millcreek.

The home is on six hilltop acres in Millcreek.
