Lymphatic Drainage 101: Here’s How to Boost a Sluggish Lymph System (and Why You Should)

Our lymphatic system is the body’s built-in detoxification network, allowing us to properly expel bacteria-laden pools of fluid and toxins from external sources like food, alcohol, beauty products, prescription drugs, and internal sources like cellular waste and defunct proteins.
