I&M files electric rate request

Jul. 1—FORT WAYNE — Indiana Michigan Power is proposing additional investments in reliability, customer experience and new technologies as part of a rate review filing it made Thursday with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.

The proposal, coined "Powering the Next," comes with a $104 million revenue increase to make these investments, an increase of about 6.5%.
