M.L. Rose Craft Beer & Burgers will celebrate 15 years in business by expanding to the Inglewood neighborhood in East Nashville.

The new restaurant, planned for the Wallpaper and Designer Home Consignments storefront at 3701 Gallatin Pike, will be the fifth location in Nashville and aims to open next year, according to a news release.

First opened in 2008 in the Melrose neighborhood, the restaurant will bring its expansive craft beer menu, handcrafted burgers, wings and other standard pub fare to the new location.

M.L.Rose plans to open their fifth location in an existing storefront at 3701 Gallatin Pike in the Inglewood neighborhood of East Nashville in 2024.

The 12,500-square-foot building will be renovated for the restaurant and have two additional yet-to-be-announced restaurant or retail spaces. M.L. Rose owner Austin Ray said the storefront was the perfect location to meet the demand of a growing neighborhood.

"We will take great care to bring this building back to life to serve the community for decades to come,” Ray said in the statement. “There’s a special patio opportunity behind the building. It will provide a nice refuge from the bustle of Gallatin Pike, and it has original graffiti pieces that we will look to add to as our patio art."

Details about an opening date will be released at a later date.
