Comey Tells Congressional Investigators He's A ‘Potential Witness’ in Russia Probe

Former FBI Director James Comey told Congressional investigators Friday that he is a potential witness in the Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation, according to testimony transcripts of the closed-door session that were released Saturday. Investigators repeatedly asked Comey about the Special Counsel's investigation during the seven-hour closed door testimony, to which he and an FBI attorney who was at his side replied that he is a potential witness so he can't talk about details.
