Alaska Airlines has formed an alliance with a fast-growing regional airline that could help grow its passenger traffic from airports in Pittsburgh and Baltimore. SeaTac-based Alaska has signed an interline agreement with Southern Airways Express, a Florida-based carrier that operates in the gulf and mid-Atlantic states as well as Hawaii.
