One association, however, just relocated its headquarters from the nation’s capital to its birthplace in an effort to be closer to the most dominant players in its industry: water. The National Association of Water Cos. recently moved into 3,800 square feet on the 27th floor of Two Liberty Center. The move was influenced by a few factors, its CEO Robert Powelson told the Philadelphia Business Journal.
