Here are the MAC all-conference teams for winter 2022-23 (basketball, wrestling, swimming)

The Mountain Athletic Conference has released its all-conference teams for the 2022-23 winter sports season.

The conference championships featured many sweeps: Roberson swim (boys and girls), Enka wrestling (dual and tournament), Reynolds boys basketball (regular season and tournament). Asheville High and Reynolds shared the girls basketball regular season title, and the Rockets won the conference tournament.

Find the all-league teams for every winter sport below. The basketball teams are voted on by league coaches. Wrestling and swimming are determined by coach voting and conference championship results.
