Made in Chelsea's Binky Felstead has opened up about the "wobble" she has after she's been pregnant.

Felstead is married to Max Frederik Darnton and has a daughter, India, and two sons, Wolfie and Wilder. She gave birth to Wilder last year and has now opened up in an interview with OK! about the struggles of motherhood.

"I struggled with the emotional side of being pregnant. I loved the physicality of being pregnant and I didn’t have any issues or any pains," she explained.

"But after I’m pregnant, that’s when I struggle. I can’t fit into any of my clothes, I don’t feel myself and I don’t feel confident. Yes, I know I’ve grown a baby and I’m very lucky and it’s a miracle, but I can’t help the way I feel. I tend to go through a bit of a wobble."

However, Felstead went on to explain that after having her first child, she learned ways to get back to her normal self and navigate her way through said "wobble."

"I love exercise and training, it gives me an endorphin kick and I start to feel mentally and physically [better]. You do lose your identity for a bit, but it’s not forever. It’s because you are no longer your number one priority – your children are, and they always will be," Binky said.

She continued: "There are things I think you should do, like take time out for yourself and see friends, or even get your nails done or have a spray tan. Something simple can make you feel so much better."

Felstead was one of the original Made in Chelsea members and left after she had India, but she briefly returned to the reality show in 2020.
