He made sex tapes with a minor whom he impregnated and was already a sex offender: cops

A registered sex offender is behind bars after deputies say he had intercourse with a minor multiple times, filmed it and later impregnated her.

Johnny McNealy, 47, was arrested Saturday on numerous charges including sexual battery, production of child pornography and human trafficking.

Leon County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded Friday to reports of a potential sexual battery where they met with the juvenile victim. She detailed her encounters with McNealy, alleging that he had recorded their sexual acts and even paid her, investigators say.

When detectives questioned McNealy about the accusations, he confessed to having “sexual intercourse with the victim multiple times,” according to the LCSO. They also learned that he had about 17 videos of their sexual relations and paid the victim for explicit acts “at least 19 times.”

Detectives later discovered McNealy was a registered sex offender in the state of Florida. He also “had failed to register a social media account,” deputies say.

McNealy’s full list of charges include 10 counts of sexual battery, 10 counts of human trafficking, 17 counts of production of child pornography, lewd and lascivious exhibition, child cruelty and failure to report internet identifiers, according to the sheriff’s office.

Jail records show McNealy is being held without bond at the Leon County Detention Facility.

A review of McNealy’s criminal recorded in both Gadsden and Leon counties yielded several convictions. A 1993 lewd and lascivious assault conviction in Gadsden appears to be the genesis of his sex offender status, according to court documents.
