  • Madonna, 63, just showed off her sculpted butt and legs in a brand new Instagram photo dump.

  • The pop star posed on a car in fishnet tights—but while some fans were here for it, the comments section quickly got heated.

  • Other users came to Madonna's defense as body-shaming comments started rolling in.

The queen of pop is quickly becoming the queen of Instagram. Madonna just posted a brand new photo dump, and she looks unbelievably toned.

The singer, 63, flaunted her defined legs and killer booty in a black crop top, underwear, and fishnet tights. She's posing on a sofa in her home and on top of a car (which, again, iconic). "Car trouble 🔧🚙⚒️🚨," she captioned the snaps.

Madonna even threw in a peek at her six-pack abs, and her fans were blown away. "🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥," one user wrote, while someone else added, "If you’ve got it flaunt it."

Unfortunately, the comments section also started filling up with body shamers — including rapper Nelly, who wrote, "Some things should just be left covered up." Plenty of Madonna's 17.5 million followers hit back: "@Nelly because she’s female? Would you comment on a Male artist?" someone asked. "How can you not love Madonna lol… ❤️ 🌊," added rapper Ja Rule.

So, just how does Madonna stay in such amazing shape? Her trainer, Craig Smith, said the pop icon works out for 30 minutes or more a day, six days a week. “I vary the workouts every single day,” he shared with Daily Mail Australia. “She does a combination of circuit training, interval training, and resistance training. Dance is obviously a huge part of that.”

He added that Madonna's other workouts have included boxing, yoga, and martial arts (she really does do it all!). "Her favorite workout is something that’s all inclusive of cardio . . . focusing on combining all the elements from upper body, lower body and core," Smith explained.

She also powers through rehab from a hip surgery she needed after injuring herself on her 2019 Madame X tour, according to People. In September, the singer posted an update on her recovery:

Food-wise, Madonna follows the macrobiotic diet, per Women's Health Australia. It's mostly vegetarian (sometimes, even vegan) and emphasizes eating whole fruits and vegetables. Either way, it's definitely working for her. Killing it, Madge!
