You know that we are (still) living in a material world.

Madonna surprised several generations of fans on Friday with her newest collaboration.

The queen of pop teamed up with rapper, internet sensation and TikTok extraordinaire Saucy Santana for a remix of his 2020 viral hit “Material Girl.”

Madonna — whose 1984 version of “Material Girl” helped establish herself as one the world’s most influential artists with a seemingly everlasting career — and Santana first performed a mashup of both hits at a Pride event in New York City in June.

“I wish that I can have this moment for LIFE,” the 28-year-old rapper, real name Rashad Spain, wrote on Instagram after the Pride performance at Terminal 5.

“These past weeks [with] you have been nothing short of amazing! @madonna Thank you. Thank you. Thank you,” Santana wrote to the pop music phenomenon.

“I silently learned so many great things from you. Thank you for choosing ME! A queer, fem, black boy [with] talent and vision I didn’t know God had for me,” he added.

On Friday, Madonna released a remix of their collaboration, now renamed “Material Gworrllllllll!”

The fun, catchy summer tune, is peppered with elements of Madonna’s seminal song, which was released in November 1984 as the second single off her sophomore album “Like a Virgin” — the first of nine albums to reach the top of the U.S. charts.

“A material girl is not tasteless, a material girl is my favorite. I’m a material girl, so don’t waste this. If you’re not a material girl, then you basic,” Madonna sings in “Material Gworrllllllll!”

The song comes out just days before the release of her upcoming compilation album “Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones,” due out Aug. 19 — three days after her 64th birthday.

Santana — who was born about a year before the release of Madonna’s sixth studio album, “Bedtime Stories” — made his late-night television debut on Thursday, performing his latest single “Booty” on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
