MAFS star Alyssa admits lying about intimacy with Duncan

Married at First Sight Australia star Alyssa Barmonde has made a big confession about her time on the hit reality show as she dropped a "truth bomb" during a recent interview.
Chatting about her relationship with MAFS groom Duncan James, Alyssa revealed they got intimate a little sooner than they initially said.
She admitted both her and Duncan lied to the production team on several occasions about when their romance became physical. Reflecting on how the sexual side of their relationship developed, Alyssa said she and Duncan first became intimate on their honeymoon.

"We did not wait until Intimacy Week," she told the Back To Reality podcast, which is hosted by former MAFS star Selina Chhaur and Love Island Australia's Taku Chimwaza.
She went on to reveal it was Duncan's idea to keep their sexual relationship a secret at first.
"He was like: 'Let's not tell anyone about this. I feel like, you know, we'll be a bit more respected if we just wait maybe until after Intimacy Week'," Alyssa explained. "And I was like: 'That's a good idea'."
However, the reality star confessed she believes the production team knew they weren't being entirely truthful.

"There were times where producers would come in, in the morning," Alyssa said. "Production would have known because my producer was always like: 'Has it happened yet?'. And I'm probably like glowing, right? And I was like: 'No'. So, yeah, truth bomb!"
While Alyssa and Duncan made it through most of MAFS Australia season 10 together, they eventually parted ways at their Final Vows ceremony.
Since breaking things off with Alyssa, Duncan has now moved on in a new relationship with fellow MAFS star Evelyn Ellis. Having first confirmed their relationship publicly back in May, Duncan and Evelyn recently took their romance to the next level as they've moved in together.
