Are you a huge Chip and Jo fan? Ever dreamed of joining the Magnolia team? Well, if you love creating lifestyle content, now might be your chance to work for Chip and Joanna Gaines's's ever-growing empire because Magnolia Market is looking to hire a social media coordinator.

Based in Waco, Texas where Magnolia is headquartered, the position requires a deep understanding of the social media landscape. The coordinator, who reports to the Director of Social Media, will be responsible for creating engaging content for all of Magnolia’s social media channels. That means copywriting and publishing content daily that connects to the Magnolia audience. Other duties include collaborating with other Magnolia departments to develop content, managing editorial calendars, and analyzing metrics across social media platforms.

So what kind of experience do you need to apply? Magnolia is looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field. You'll also need two years of experience in social media or marketing. From your prior experience, you'll need to show that you've developed creative campaigns and content. And since the role requires community engagement, you'll need to demonstrate customer service techniques like empathy, patience, and conflict resolution. Other qualities Magnolia is looking for: a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
