Maher: Trump impeachment scandal is perfect for Halloween season

There's been a ton of analysis about presidential attorney Rudy Giuliani and his search for dirt on Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden. The scandal is so layered: There's President Donald Trump's phone call with Ukraine; Giuliani's lunch with two men who were arrested trying to leave the country; and aid money that was used to manipulate a foreign entity. 

But what's the seasonal connection? 

Late-night comic Bill Maher tells us why this whole quid pro quo, impeachment scandal is the perfect one for Halloween's frights and scares. Watch today's Best of Late Night, above, to get his take.
