- A Queens mail carrier is accused of stealing a credit card on her delivery route and then using it for $8,000 worth of plastic surgery. The Queens district attorney's office says 31-year-old Shakera Small allegedly took this credit card from mail addressed to a house in Jamaica in 2019. She now stands accused of using the card to pay for elective surgery on Long Island. Small faces identity theft and grand larceny charges and seven years in prison if convicted.
