The Main Street Elf returns to downtown Kent businesses

The Main Street Kent Elf has returned to downtown Kent for the holidays.

As in years past, the elf will show up inconspicuously inside Kent businesses, so shoppers and diners can hunt for him while they shop, eat and enjoy the holiday season in Kent.

Through Dec. 31, all are invited to hunt for the Main Street Kent Elf and then enter for a chance to win prizes, including 20 Kent eGift Cards worth $25 each and one $500 Kent eGift Card.

Those who wish to participate should pick up an MSK Elf Hunt contest card at any one of 30 participating business. Then should jot down on that card the elf is seen during holiday shopping and dining excursions.

If a participant finds the MSK Elf in at least 10 businesses, they can enter to win a $25 Kent Card. If they find him in 20 businesses, they get two chances to win a $25 Kent Card. If thy find him in all 30 businesses, they can enter to win a $500 Kent Card.

No purchase is required to enter. Simply enter answers into the online entry form at https://mainstreetkent.org/event/elf-hits-downtown/ by Jan. 2. Participants must complete the online form to be entered for a chance to win.

Random prize drawings are scheduled for Jan. 5.
