Lovro Majer scored a brace within 15 minutes after coming on as Wolfsburg came from behind twice in a 2-2 Bundesliga draw with Hoffenheim on Sunday.

Majer was fielded in the 56th minute and netted two minutes later after being set up by newly signed Kevin Behrens. He then converted a 70th-minute penalty after being fouled by Stanley Nsoki.

Hoffenheim had led from Maximilian Beier's opener in the sixth mninute, and again from Grischa Prömel's deflected 66th minute shot shot after a poor pass from Wolfsburg goalkeeper Koen Casteels.

The draw helped neither side as 11th-placed Wolfsburg are now winless in five matches and have drawn all four since the winter break, and Hoffenheim in eighth have not won in six games.

RB Leipzig were hosting Union Berlin in the other Sunday game, with the hosts out to end a run of three defeats and the visitors seeking a result to move further away from the danger zone.
