The making of ‘The Weatherman’ with Tom Skilling

In 2004, Tom Skilling worked with Nicolas Cage and Director Gore Verbinski on the movie “The Weatherman.

Portions of the film were shot at WGN studios.

Skilling showed Cage all sorts of tricks of the trade for a meteorologist, including how to position his hands in front of the green screen and how to keep his eye on the monitor.
