Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male in Northwest Baltimore on Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to the scene, a residence in the 4700 block of Gwynn Oak Ave. in the Howard Park neighborhood around noon Sunday. When they arrived, they found a male with gunshot injuries.
The male died shortly after being taken to the Shock Trauma, according to a news release.
Police did not disclose the victim’s name or age and said they have yet to identify a suspect or determine a motive. In a Facebook post Sunday night, police said they were trying to identify two pictured men and to find a white Lexus LS430 that was used in the shooting.

Several hours later police responded to a nonfatal shooting. At around 9:24 p.m., officers arrived at the 3800 block of Belvedere Avenue in Northwest Baltimore and found a 32-year-old man with gunshot wounds.
The man, whose name police did not disclose, was brought to a hospital in the area with non-life-threatening injuries.
He told officers that a male stranger opened his car door and attempted to rob him while he was on the 5200 block of Cuthbert Ave. The victim started to drive away as the suspect shot and injured him.
