Thelma Jane Reed, born in Malvern in 1926, was the daughter of Fred and Eva (Logan) Reed and graduated from Malvern High School in 1944.

Jettie Viola (Reed) (Gween) Grossi was the daughter of William and Eliza Jane (Murray) Reed and was born in 1881. Some records list her names as Jetta. She married her first husband Jesse Gween (son of Henry and Caroline (Richards) Gween) on Feb. 20, 1909. Her second husband was Loreto “Lawrence” Grossi. Millard Fillmore Reed was the son of Jettie and was born August 24, 1899 in Malvern.

Carroll County Deputy Sheriff Fred "Fat" Reed was the son of Ellen Jane (Masters) Reed and James Reed. Fred was born in 1890. Marrying Eva Logan, the couple became the parents of a large family including Blanche, Clarence, Carl, Margaret Ellen, Alvin, and Thelma.

We know it is at least 1910 because both Eva and Bill have wedding bands on and both were married in 1910. They are not husband and wife. Eva married Fred Reed and Bill married Helen Norris.
