The woman was walking on the beach at about 5:15 a.m. near 10th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard when Graham was seen jogging on the beach near the dunes, according to deputies.

The woman tried to leave the beach while calling 911 when Graham allegedly tackled her from behind and thrust himself onto her, according to the sheriff’s office. Graham allegedly took the woman’s phone and threw it into the sand.
