Man arrested after allegedly stealing tools in Colma

(KRON) – A San Francisco resident was arrested after stealing multiple tools from a store, according to the Colma Police Department.

Colma police officers responded to a business in the unit block of Colma Boulevard on a report of a theft at approximately 1 p.m. on April 28. Officers learned a man took multiple tools without paying and fled the store on foot en route to the retail store.

Fairfield man pleads guilty to using stolen credit to buy Dodge Challenger Hellcat

Responding officers located a man matching the description of the suspect. The store’s loss prevention officer identified the man as the suspect. The suspect was identified as 31-year-old San Francisco resident Jason Clouser.

Police say Clouser stole $131.10 worth of merchandise. According to police, officers found drug paraphernalia while searching Clouser.

Clouser was arrested and booked for petty theft and having drug paraphernalia. Clouser was issued a citation for the charges and released on his promise to appear in court, according to police.
