A trespassing man was arrested outside Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Cheryl Hines’ house— then came back the next day and got arrested again, according to a report.

The suspicious man was first spotted outside the couple’s Brentwood, California, home on Wednesday morning, police sources told TMZ.

It’s unclear exactly what the man was trying to do, but he was stopped by Kennedy’s security. Hines was home at the time, according to TMZ. It’s unclear if Kennedy was there as well.

Cops arrived to find the man had been subdued by the private security team, the outlet reported. The same man then returned to the Kennedy-Hines home early Thursday, around 1:30 a.m., sources told TMZ. He was once again arrested, this time for violating a court order.

Kennedy, 69, has become a controversial political figure for spreading his anti-vaccine beliefs across the country. He attempted a run for the Democratic nomination for president before pivoting earlier this month and running as an independent. Kennedy’s father, Robert F. Kennedy Sr., and his uncle, John F. Kennedy, were both assassinated while holding political office.

Hines, 58, is best known for appearing on “Curb Your Enthusiasm” as the wife of Larry David’s character. She and Kennedy married in 2014.

Kennedy has now dealt with multiple dangerous situations during his long-shot presidential campaign. In September, an armed man attempting to disguise himself as a U.S. Marshal was detained at one of Kennedy’s campaign events in Los Angeles.
