Was Man Who Asked Trump Muslim Question Planted to Embarrass Him?
Was the guy at Donald Trump’s New Hampshire town meeting actually a plant?
Now, conservatives and liberals alike are wondering if the whole thing was really a setup intended to embarrass Trump.
No one has been able to identify the guy, heightening the mystery.
Conservative radio talk show host Laura Ingraham tweeted:
Any word abt the fool at the Trump rally? Sure sounded like a put-up--cartoon presentation, bad acting. Where/who is he?

MSNBC's Chris Hayes tweeted:
No one can track down the Trump town hall questioner and I would feel so much better about the country he really *were* a plant. Maybe?

The unidentified man at Trump's New Hampshire rally on Thursday evening said: "We have a problem in this country. It's called Muslims. We know our current president is one. He's not even an American."
Trump then said: "We need this question. This is the first question."
Trump didn't correct the questioner, who went on to attack Muslims.
The supporter asked: "We have training camps growing where they want to kill us. That's my question. When can we get rid of them?"
Trump replied: "We are going to be looking at a lot of different things. A lot of people are saying bad things are happening out there. We are going to be looking at that and a lot of different things."
The guy garbled his name speaking to Trump but he clearly said he was from White Plains. It turns out the only White Plains in America is White Plains, New York -- 250 miles From New Hampshire.

Audio expert Kent Gibson was asked by INSIDE EDITION if he could make out the man's name. He said: "It just wasn't there. The mic just wasn't there" and he couldn't make out the name of the man.
Meanwhile, Trump's support is down in a new CNN / ORC poll after the town hall meeting and the big republican debate.
Now, 24 percent of Republican voters support Trump with Carly Fiorina in second with 15 percent and Dr. Ben Carson at 14 percent.
Carson himself is taking heat for his response when NBC's Chuck Todd asked if could support a Muslim president.
"I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation. I absolutely would not agree with that,” he said.
On the Today show on Monday, Trump wasn't backing down about his handling of the town hall firestorm.
He said: “I decided, why should I come to the defense of the president? He's not going to come to my defense, and I think most people agree with what I did.”
