Man charged after allegedly killing woman, concealing death in South Deering

CHICAGO — A man has been charged with concealing a homicidal death after police said he shot and killed a woman two days before she was found in South Deering.

Marable Timile, 58, was arrested Monday and charged with one felony count of concealing a homicidal death, according to the Chicago Police Department.

15-year-old boy shot while inside Archer Heights restaurant

Police said he shot and killed a woman around 12:45 p.m. Saturday in the 9800 block of South Hoxie Avenue.

The woman’s identity hasn’t been released yet by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.

He is due in court for a detention hearing on Tuesday.

Chicago police haven’t released additional information.
