Man charged with arson at Tamarac Family Dollar store
Police caught the man they say is responsible for setting a fire at a Family Dollar store in Tamarac in July.
The police investigation determined that Walking Delice, 41, of Pompano Beach, walked into the store at 3150 W. Commercial Blvd. shortly after 5 p.m. on July 12, intentionally sprayed an unknown accelerant and ignited the substance.
Delice confessed to the arson, police said. He faces three counts of arson of an occupied structure.
Customers and employees were able to evacuate, and no one was injured.
